The progression of aging in our body there is an ongoing thing every day of our lives. It is a known fact that as we age, we need a dietary supplements and vitamins to replace the chemicals the body and the substance decreases.

Dietary supplements are sometimes necessary because as we age our diets change and we eat less. Sometimes we eat more. As our skin and digestive system begins to change, so do our levels of vitamin. To maintain these levels until it is necessary to take a supplement to that level to where it belongs to keep us happy and healthy as we age.

Do not take vitamins may cause cancer and chronic diseases to develop. We all have to understand that vitamins we need and how they will help keep us stay healthy and safe. In total, we have two different types of vitamins, which one is the fat-soluble [A, D, E, K] and the second is water soluble [B, C, P].

Fat soluble vitamins if taken too can become a toxic poison. Our body makes vitamin D and K, and vitamins A and E that come from our food or a supplement to help prevent heart disease and some cancers. Therefore, it is very important that you have the correct amount of A, C and E.

Water soluble vitamins help the kidneys to eliminate excess waste of our day to day what is important to get the right amount every day. You should consult with your physician about what vitamins and supplements are best for you.

TIP: CHIRO-KLEENZ is a healthy, natural herb tea that detoxifies and trims the system. It is designed for both men and women. NOTE: This tea will cleanse the body of poisons, but keep in mind that the tea could cause cramping, and frequent bowel movements.

As we age, our diets change and do not eat as we should. Moreover, the food they buy sometimes do not have all or enough vitamins in them. The farmers are putting fertilizer and chemicals for growing bigger and better and all these chemicals, which reduces the vitamins you get from your diet. Do not eat the right diet or not enough can cause the vitamin level to drop. Some things you need to know is that vitamin D is produced by the sun and age we have less we are out, so taking vitamin D might help the fragile bones of our bodies and make them stronger.

You can find B-12 for the right to eat lean red meat, chicken and drinking skim milk. Taking vitamin B-12 and B-6 helps reduce heart disease. B-12 helps produce red blood cells and maintaining the nervous system, as well.

Not taking vitamins because it is too difficult to swallow? Some of us, as we get older have difficulty swallowing, stay healthy by buying liquid vitamins. If you are unsure of what others come in liquid form ask your doctor and he can help you decide what you need and tell you if they are in liquid form or not. Some pills can not be cut or crushed because they lose their force, so stay healthy and look for the type of liquid.

One of the most important things about healthy aging is to have a balance and food three times a day. Take your medicines and vitamin daily as your doctor has prescribed and enjoy life.
