It is simple for the average people, to get infatuated by charlatans or by hard-sell of the companies promoting their body building programs, who have not an iota of appreciation with respect to the science of planning a muscle building exercise. People hardly ever understand that a muscle-building plan should accommodate their bodies and the programs given over the internet are generic in nature and may not extend them the results that they crave.

A muscle-building plan may comprise of a muscle building meal plan, or a muscle building exercise plan. One needs to understand that every plan that is adopted should fulfill the conditions of the body type on which it is being implemented.

BODY TYPES EXPLAINED

Somatyping is the study of the body types in people. It classifies the human body into three main types, namely:

Mesomorph

Ectomorph

Endomorph.

The Mesomorphs have a naturally muscular body, which is naturally lean, with broad shoulders. A mesomorph acquires muscle and strength easily. This body type has an competent and fast burning metabolism.

The Ectomorphs are naturally lean and thin, having a fast metabolism, and they find it exacting to increase weight. An individual having this body type is invariably more hyperactive and have very high energy levels.

A naturally overweight frame, on the other hand characterizes the Endomorphs, and they increase fat readily and find it difficult to abandon the same again. An endomorph has a rounded pear shaped body, which is responsive to carbohydrates.
